Intro
I'm mainly a composer of orchestral and piano solo music, and I'm currently studying at Berklee College of Music to become a film and TV composer.
Around 2016, perhaps inspired by the middle school concert band that I was in, started to compose short pieces of music as a hobby. A few years later in 2019, I went to a summer program at Boston Conservatory that focused on composition, and I suddenly realized that, "Hey, I want to do this and get paid!"

So I started to really look into what I could do in the field of music, and participated in a whole bunch of different projects since then. I started to take interest in films scoring as I really wanted to become a filmmaker as a kid (I kinda still do). In 2024, I got my first official released film credit working as an orchestrator and copyist in the film Hovering Blade, directed by Zhuo Chen, and adapted from the novel of the same name by Keigo Higashino.
My Stuff
For a very long time I wrote exclusively for the purpose of getting a very rough mockup with a sound font that I installed in MuseScore (that was long before MuseSounds was a thing), and I still do that from time to time now, only with NotePerformer and Sibelius. However, I have expanded a ton from when I first started. Now I mostly work by commission. Since 2021, I have been working as the arranger or the music director for 7 student shows at Berklee, and in 2023 I started work as one of the arrangers for the Berklee Motion Picture Orchestra. Besides that, I have started to work as an orchestrator for 2 Chinese theatrical films: Wandering Days and the iQIYI adaptation of Keigo Higashino's Samayou Yaiba ("Hovering Blade") .
